“Lara Rosnovsky” is a trading name of “Studio Alices and Eve”, a private company registered in Israel, registration number 51-491186-6.
We may modify the TOS from time to time. Please read the TOS and check back often. If you do not agree to any change to the TOS then you must immediately stop using the Site. Any changes made after you have placed an order will not affect that order unless we are required to make the change by law.
In order to make purchases on the Site you will be required to provide your personal details. In particular, you must provide your real name, phone number, e-mail address and other requested information as indicated. Furthermore, you will be required to provide payment details that you represent and warrant are both valid and correct and you confirm that you are the person referred to in the Billing information provided.
All orders are subject to acceptance and availability, and items in your shopping basket are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.
The company offers products for sale that are in stock and available for dispatch from our distribution center. Occasionally however, some of the products may be sold out or out of stock.
Prices shown on the Site are in New Israeli Shekels USA dollar or Euros and are inclusive of VAT.
All prices and offers remain valid as advertised from time to time. The USA Dollar or Euros NIS price of a product displayed on the Site at the time an order is accepted will be honored.
ACCEPTANCE OF YOUR ORDER
Once you have made your choice and your order has been placed, you will receive an email acknowledging the details of your order. This email is NOT an acceptance of your order, just a confirmation that we have received it.
We reserve the right not to accept your order in the event, for example, that we are unable to obtain authorization for payment, that shipping restrictions apply to a particular item, that the item ordered is out of stock or does not satisfy our quality control standards and is withdrawn, or that you do not meet the eligibility criteria set out within the TOS.
We may also refuse to process and therefore accept a transaction for any reason or refuse service to anyone at any time at our sole discretion. We will not be liable to you or any third party by reason of our withdrawing any merchandise from the Site whether or not that merchandise has been sold, removing, screening or editing any materials or content on the Site, refusing to process a transaction or unwinding or suspending any transaction after processing has begun.
Whilst every effort is made to make sure details on our website are accurate, we may from time to time discover an error in the pricing of products. If we discover an error in the pricing of a product in your order, we will let you know as soon as possible. We shall be under no obligation to accept an order for a product that was advertised at an incorrect price and reserve the right to cancel such an order that has been accepted or is in transit. If you order a product that is priced incorrectly for any reason, we will email or telephone you to inform you that we have not accepted your order and/or that the relevant part of your order has been cancelled. If you have already paid for the goods, we shall refund the full amount as soon as we are able. In the event that products are recalled in transit, we will process your refund once the products have been returned to us.
We accept Visa, MasterCard, IsraCard, Maestro cards. Once a transaction is complete, you will then return to LARAROSNOVSKY.COM. Payment will be debited and cleared from your account upon dispatch of your order by the company. You confirm that the credit/debit card that is being used is yours or that you have been specifically authorized by the owner of the credit/debit card to use it. All credit/debit card holders are subject to validation checks and authorization by the card issuer. If the issuer of your payment card refuses to authorize payment to the company, we will not be liable for any delay or non-delivery.
We take reasonable care to make our Site secure. All credit/debit card transactions on this site are secure white online payment gateway that encrypts your card details in a secure host environment.

SHIPPING & RETURNS
Shipping in Israel:
Shipping Options and Costs When Purchasing through the Website:
1. Home Delivery – To any address in Israel, free of charge for any purchase of NIS1,000 or more, or charged NIS20 for any purchase for less than NIS1,000.
2. In-Store Pickup – Free, from our store or studio.
1. For Home Delivery – After we receive and confirm your order, the package will be delivered to you by mail between 3-14 business days after placing your order on the website. Deliveries cannot be made on Fridays or on holiday eves.
2. In-store Pickup – The package will arrive to our store or studio, as you chose when you placed your order, and be ready for pick-up on the same day of placing your order if placed before 12:00 or the next day if placed after 12:00.
Change of Shipping Method after Execution of Order:
You can change the shipping method by telephone within an hour of completing your order, provided however, that if the shipping was already made we will not be able to make any change in the order or the shipping method.

Canceling an Order on the Website:
You can cancel a transaction executed on the website within 48 hours from the order and payment, during customer service working hours – Please note that cancellation can only be done by telephone, not by email.
Return or Exchange of Items Purchased through the Site:
You can exchange any item you purchased through the site within 14 days of the date you received it. Go to Lara Rosnovsky store with the item and original invoice and you can get your choice of a store credit, or an alternate item.
Return of an item will be possible only within 48 hours from the date you received it, and provided that the item have not been used and are in excellent condition. There will be no refund on the shipping cost.
Terms for Return or Exchange of Items Purchased through the Site:
In order to return a product, or exchange it for another, you must return the product to the Lara Rosnovsky store or studio along with the original invoice. In addition, clothing items must not have been used at all and must bear the label attached to them.
Receiving Credit or Refund for Return of an Item:
You can receive a credit, or, if the order is cancelled within 48 hours from receipt of the items, a refund to the credit card with which the transaction was executed. The refund will be with a charge of 5% or 100 NIS (the lower) of the purchase. We will cancel the transaction with the credit card company, so there is no need for you to contact them directly.
Cancellation of a Transaction by the company:
Your order might not be executed if, after your purchase was completed, the item you chose is out of stock, or if the full details of your credit card and/or your full personal details were not received by the system.
In any such case, customer service will contact you.

Shipping options and delivery timescales depend on the shipping destination. Most items are dispatched from our store within 3 working days. Please note that although we make every effort to dispatch your order within the estimated timescale, shipping dates may vary.
Customs Fees and Taxes
Customs fees and taxes are determined by the customs authority in your country, and are based on a number of different factors such as the country of origin of the purchased item, the VAT rate and local import taxes.
Product Returns and Refund Policy
International customers can return purchased items up to 48 hours from receipt of the items, provided that the items are unused and in their original packaging.
Please note that we cannot accept returned goods if the item has been used.
